So took me a while but here is her tree form.
Narled and twisted, burnt by the lash of arcane and shadow magics.
Her tree from is twisted for many reasons, being stuck in tree before she should know it, abusing the form later in life to the point she let her self stay in it for months on end. With its now horrid form and shake she does not like to take on the form all to often, only when despicably needed. It seems to scary off most who see her take the form though she cant understand why. To her it looks like the same tree from she always has taken.
