Infact i went googlin a couple fo days ago and found out that a vixen means a foxy woman, both in furry style and nonfurry style. Wikipedia is our god!
Example if you go google pictures and type vixen on it, you should find on the first page a furry fox (anthro, if we wanna be precise :D ) and sum busty ladies :D.
