For sure, your career has to take precedence over a fursuit, even if it were to look as cute as the reference artwork :) I've been doing ok, I'm going to be visiting
aldi in Montréal in a couple of weeks. If you need any help or advice about moving here, don't hesitate to ask *hugs*

Absolutely! Hehe, thanks I really appreciate that! Then again I'm sure in no time at all I'll have enough on my own frame to only really need a partial but even so I doubt it would stop me getting a fat fur suit. =P
Ah nice, nice! How has that been for you?
Thanks! *Hugs back* I think right now the only thing that has me a little confused are the methods of immigration/what my options are there. And also if I go job hunting to be hired from someone, should that be my only option, so I can move through employment where exactly I would need to look. I know "Montana" is where I would be looking, for example, but you know where exactly is another thing. =P I'm sure that could be easily worked out though. It's just my options of immigration that have me a little confused and concerned right now.

A fursuit can never look pudgy enough!
I'm looking forward to practicing French. I've been taking classes weekly for the last two years, so hopefully it hasn't gone to waste.
Of course Cody would have better knowledge when it comes to immigrating to Canada. I guess it depends on your occupation, and if you want to be an international student, which a lot of young people attempt.

I totally agree! I would love to get one that actually wobbles too, lol!
Oh nice! Best of luck with that! I've been wanting to learn German for some reason lately. I just don't know where to begin, lol! ;P
Yeah I'll have to talk to him about it too. I think the only problem is knowing where exactly to apply. As in the location where we're moving to, etc. But the biggest priority right now is saving up the moolah to get there because obviously without that there won't be a move. =P

That would be so cool to see, a tummy that wobbles when you walk :)
I don't know if there are any private schools near you, that's where I go (Collége Borèal). It's relatively cheap too. But I guess the problem for you would be being able to practice German once you learned it.
Yeah, immigration wouldn't look highly on someone coming into the country with no savings. BTW, I'm jealous that you can import anything under A$1000 without paying duties. It's a paltry $20CDN here!

I don't think it would be too hard to do either but the weight of the suit would be a difficult thing to adjust.
There has bound to be at least one somewhere near by, yes. I mean this is Australia, we pride ourselves in education. Then again what we do in practice and say we're good at are two different things. Hehe, true but that's what my friend Wolfy would be good for. He speaks fluent German and has even said he'd teach me German.
Exactly. I don't think any country would be too welcoming to that at all. Besides it would not be a smart thing on my behalf to move anywhere without some kind of savings to fall back on.
Youch! Really? Actually I think it depends on what the goods are for us. If I understand it right. Like for example if you import some kind of food product they may charge you some fee for that or if it's wine or ciggerettes or something. I could be wrong on that but yes, anything that's $1000AU or more they will charge you for. Cost me $461.82 to get my cosplay (worth $2700US give or take) out of customs. Only cost me $149US/$150US to ship.

Most "pudgy" fursuits are either sculpted with hoops around the tummy, padding (like Reese), or the person's natural padding... I'm guessing you're preferring the latter of the three ;)
Practicing with Wolfy sounds like a perfect option :)
Damn, those duties really hit you hard, a lot more than the basic 10%. Did you ever find out what the remaining A$200 or so was for?

Either that or a kind of "pod" but that's a more expensive option. Hehehehe, that would be preferred, definitely. ;P
I'd say so, yes. I hope so anyway. =P
Yeah it's pretty ridiculous. Basically a lot of it was to do with all the extra fees; $50 for processing, $200 for whatever-the-hell fee, etc. So it all accumulates and in the end burned a major hole in my wallet. But nothing that can't be fixed in due time. ;3

Is this the one you are reffering to? http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2692472 (That deleted post was me by mistake.)
*Chuckles, my belly wobbling some like a lava lamp* Thanks dude! Kirron also send me a high resolution of this too I'll have to upload ASAP.
Oh shit! Yeah I completely forgot about that, lol! Hell yeah man, I would love it! I think you sent me your PayPal but just send me a PM with your PayPal and how much I owe ya too. ;) *Hugs* Thanks a million by the way!

As far as getting fat, I heard some mention of like 4 pistacio nuts a day could add a pound a year to your body. So, 12x that amount every day would be a pound a month, I guess... It's just a matter of fat grams and extra calories the body doesn't need. I've had scads of them :p Thanks to fast food and late night meals, and snack foods.
Sounds like it could work in theory but from the research and discussions I've had it all depends on the individual's body and what kinds of fats and foods they need. Plus it may not neccessarily be all about the calories although they definitely are one of the main contributions to weight gain, you're right.
Lol! Lucky you. =P I think what I need in general is...well more food and to eat more. That and a lot more patience...even if it has been a while but I did gain some this year though. And last year too I think. It's sort of an up and down kind of deal really.

Fat people are EXCELLENT at energy conservation, ultimately. Lazy for a reason. Realize how to optimize the effort/calorie intake ratio to maximize calorie retention. This includes copious use of quarters in vending machines (especially at the office) for sodas (extremely fattening) and candy bars (more so). Chocolate especially.
I got addicted to chocolate at an early age, as well as soda. I made such use of soda machines at work that I actually went through rolls of quarters in a week at times, especially during long work hours on hard projects. That didn't stop when I got home - I hated to cook, so delivery pizza was common, as well as a lot of fast food and frozen pizza. I skipped breakfast a lot, so I'd be starving come lunchtime, and often have a big lunch, which that pattern of starving at lunch and eating big meal also seems to help pack on the added weight.

See? And people say fat people have a problem or whatever. You know I've sort of reached a point in my life where I'm like "To each their own" and sure I feel for those who want to lose the weight or whatever but can't or struggle with it. But it's the same feeling I have for someone who desires a body change in any form because I can relate in the sense that yes I want to be very fat. I have to be careful, sure, but you know what I mean, right?
Yeah see my issue is that chocolates were never something I got that hooked on. But I do love my sodas and drink plenty of those but I need to figure out what else I could eat and do without you know causing myself harm and such. Lol, sounds like I need to live with you for a while. I don't have my own place yet but if I did I would probably be one of those 700lbs guys who steps out of my den for food. Or rather drives out on my motorized bed, lol!

Fat grams are a lot more concentrated form of calorie than carb gram. So, if you can develop a taste for fat grams in meats - bacon, ham, higher-fat beef (easy to do, as most fast food restaurants don't use lean beef), pork, veal, sausage, pastrami, corned beef - plus of course CHEESE. Oh, this is almost solid fat... milk solids, a whole lot of fat, and salt. The milk solids are the protein part of cheese.
So, something that is meaty, cheesy, bread is majorly fattening - pizza, various sandwiches... corned beef or pastrami sandwiches, italian sandwiches, cheeseburgers. More meat or cheese is better.
The other thing that caused a lot of weight gain in kids is this rush from the table to the video game or outside or wherever - developing the habit of eating fast. This makes you race past the ability of your blood sugar to give a "full" signal. So many fat people can overeat quite easily, stuffing themselves with food way past where a slower eater would feel full simply because they practically inhale their food. Quantity (sometimes better than quality).
I've seen very heavy guys put away a whole bucket of chicken in 10 minutes tops. This sort of continual face stuffing. Hardly coming up for air, or even drinking in between. Of course, this usually results in some complaints after about eating too much, loosening the belt, the gut looking too big, rubbing and moaning...
Fatness is a choice, and its dislike by people is a social thing that is currently unfashionable. In 19th century, it was a sign of well-to-do people, mainly because all the processed foods and readily available fats and refined carbs weren't so readily available. You had to be WEALTHY to afford all the bacon, bread, cheese, beef, etc., it took to become noticeably portly.
Now that the way people wanted to eat is easy, oh no - it's like Dr Suess, we don't want stars on our bellies anymore. Yeah, we know about heart disease. We also know that Steve Jobs, a man my age, got Liver Cancer while being vegan and I haven't. My mom has had 2 cancers, so I have every genetic marker to be at risk for cancer. And heart disease as well. But wow, I'm healthy. I see my doctor regularly. In your face, fat haters.
I'm upset (naturally) so many people are so bigoted against fatness. I've had that pressure all my life. I've been heavy since age 7. I have a physical problem (several) that make it difficult to exercise. And I've been on lots of diets, which are another way to gain weight - getting off them is a terrific way to regain lost weight with interest.

Holy Moses that was a long post. Awesome! I tilt my hat to you sir!
So basically a lot of natural fats which can be found in meat and diary products. Sounds about right actually. It is technically possible to gain weight by eating vegetables but you would have to eat a LOT of it to gain even a slight bit. From my understanding at least.
Sounds like good news for me then as it explains partly why bigger people generally want to eat more. There are other factors but that does make perfect sense. I have to admit that sounds very murr to me, lol! Although again it makes a lot of sense since it's also a lot more work for the body to digest food that is eaten quickly and/or not chewed enough. I tend to eat fairly quick myself but it depends I guess. It's the amount of food intake I need to work on. Well and a few other factors.
I wouldn't say it's always a choice but yes I definitely agree with you in terms of society's view on it. It's also no coincidence, I feel, that you should bring up the example of the 19th century as my soul-brother did the same thing last we spoke voice chat wise. We were discussing about how in many cultures and such it's a GOOD thing to be fat, even so far being a preferred build.
It's exactly as my father says: "It's all about luck. There's people who smoke well into their eighties and there's others who die at 20 being healthy." We have a history of diabetes and cancer in our family so yeah I'm going to be careful. But I'm not going to stop myself from attaining what is so important to me as a preference (and so much more) because society says no or that it should be feared.
I am sorry to hear that however I absolutely agree with you. I'm at the point now where if I so much as even see a diet add or a type of product that has a percentage of fat free it makes me want to scream. I refuse to be part of this social square everyone wishes to stay in so I wish they'd stop forcing us into their crappy diet ideas just because they don't want to be fat.

Vegetarians can fatten from breads, and if not vegan, can get into butter and cheese of course, yoghurt and ice cream. Then there are the starchy vegetables like corn (see "King Corn," a film about how this one foodstuff in overproduction is behind a lot of fattening of America - and indeed our own hair proteins are rich in corn proteins as a result). Then other starchy vegetables like potatoes - with butter, sour cream... Yes, without meat it is a bit slower... but definitely doable. Steve Jobs is showing a bit of a paunch lately!
Interesting stuff! But yes, you see what I mean and pretty much put the evidence in my earlier statement in how you can put on weight with...well just about any food types really. =P He is? Well just goes to show it's really down to calories and also age would definitely be a factor too. Then again I've seen some old folk who are thin as toothpicks but they usually have a pretty healthy diet.
I hear ya man! So uh...how much would your reference cost, do you know? I want to get like a bucket load of commissions, lol! Wallpaper my room. Hey now there's an idea! I've seen a bar top where they put comic books or some other stuff into it and it looked great! Imagine something like that but with furry art. That'd be the best convention bar top ever!
Sweet! I think the ref I'd like to get from an artist I really admire, would be in the region of $40, but until I've discussed the finer details further, the price may vary slightly from that.
Wow! That sounds like a really awesome idea! I hadn't thought of doing something like that before, wallpapering my room....hmmm *ponders* I have a wild feeling to do something like that now aswell! hehe Just need to get a whole lot more commissions to do something like that! lol And the bar top idea with furry art would be something really different and unique....it would be a great thing for a convention, I'll agree with you there! It should be done!

Not bad at all! Let me know when you do get it. =3
Hehe, I've seen someone put a poster up with all their furry idols or whatever and I was honored to be on there.
Aha! Then you agree it must be done! DOOOO EEEEEEEEEET! Then take pictures and be awesome like me! =P But seriously though I think it should be done. Hehe, thanks! I would freak out if I saw that at a convention. X3!

Yeah, I'll sure do that! I'm just waiting to get an available slot, so hopefully not too much longer! lol
Oh wow....that sounds like a great idea...a poster of all their furry idols...hmmm...awesome stuff! I bet it was a real honor to be on there! Well done dude, congratulaions!
Yesss! It must be created! Sounds like a future project, to go with my other future project ideas! hehe So, if you see one at a convention, you'll probably know where it came from! hahaha

Nice! Best of luck with that too! ^..^
At the time I was a honored but also a side of me got a little creeped out by the idea. But I put that aside because there really isn't anything at all wrong with the idea at all. So in the end it was touching and yes definitely an honor! Hehe, thanks dude! Much appreciated!
Lol! I just imagined some grand opening of this brand new bar top or the likes with an announcement along the lines of "Courtesy of Diago-J Productions!"

Oh, you're welcome! I can see what mean there, but all in all it really is a great thing to do, and yes...very touching for you too! Awesome stuff!
Hahaha, yeah, that would be great if that happened! lol I'll need to clear some space in my garage before I can begin work on it! rofl Who knows, maybe one day I'll do it! lol

Yeah, I agree with you there...misunderstanding the true intention can be awkward and cause some problems at times.
Hehe, yeah, that would be a great idea for a business! lol I'd really love to have a go at building that bar top one day...it sounds like a really awesome idea, and it would look pretty sweet too! I need inspiration and motivation first! hahaha

Ooooh yeeeah, you're not wrong there buddy. It's why I only tell certain people about some things because I feel they'd understand or at least respect it better than others.
Hehe, totally! You should absolutely give it a try and post pictures! Lol! I know that feeling all too well. =P

Yeah, thats just how I think of it too! I'm more open to those I feel will understand it better, and will not judge me for my opinions, so i can totally agree with what you're saying there!
Lol, I sure would love to give it a shot! It would be a really neat thing to do. Just gotta finish off my current project first, as I have one of my cars in pieces in my garage at the moment, so once its all back together...I'll be right on with the bar top! hehe I'll build it, you can be my inspiration!

*Chuckles as you do the face smooshing, blushing more at that and what you say before smiling at you shyly.* You're not that little, are you? *Chuckles* Then again next to me you are. =P *Blushing deeper as you rub your paws along my chubby sides making it wobble a bit I couldn't help but murr at little at the feeling.* You're an affectionate one, aren't you? =3
Yeah I got some chub on me but not a whole lot. :3 *nuzzles into your soft neck, wrapping my armss around your pudgy back and squeezing you close to me. I growl softly back and feel your leg kicking under me, giggling a bit* you sure are quit the cuddly loving type. :) its good to meet your kind on here :D* noms playfully on your chubby neck* :3
I'm working on my chub-quantity. X3! *Blushes a little with a chuckle and smile at you in a friendly manner with a few nods* Yeah I generally try and be that way. You seem very affectionate also and thank you, definitely likewise! Eek! *Chuckles a bit as you nom on my fat neck some* That tickles! X3!
As big as my body permits/I can safely go. Were it up to me I'd be the point where I can barely get up and walk on my own or at all. Well then again I like to walk. But what I can do and what I would like to do are two different things unfortunately. So again the limit is however far my body permits. I used to have a limit/goal but not anymore.
*Inclines my head at you a little with a chuckle* Quit it! *Playful tone* Or I'll nom you back! *Murrrrrrrr!* You know my weakness already! =P
