Changer a surviving member of the time lords from the Second fallen of Gallifrey. Who worked as technician maintenance crew at the lower level of the capital city until there was an attack. He was seriously injured being shot by an energy weapon to the chest but he managed to escape by stealing a Tardis. The only way for him to be safe by disabling the safety and security protocols allowing him to travel to a random Universes or Multiverse. As he arrived from an unknown universe. He noticed his body began to glow from a fatal injury from the chest and he decided to regenerate. After his regeneration the Tardis system began to malfunction and automatically set to an emergency crash landing to a nearby planet. After a crash landing he immediately got out from the capsule and he noticed his body is covered in soft fur, long ears and soft fluffy tail. He saw a near by pond and he looked through the reflection he was completely shocked and confused that he's a rabbit.
