"Hey! I finally pulled myself out of that Squirtle shell! What do you think? Isn't it pretty?"

Leave it to Cookie to do some of the silliest things that likely make no sense, such as wanting to get out of the Squirtle shell shortly after you get your limbs through the holes, or to pose kinda-sorta-maybe seductively with said shell once you're out.

This came to mind while I was out one day and thought it'd be a bit too complex to pull off. After a little doodling, it turns it out wasn't that hard to pull off after all, and the sketch looked great too! There's definitely a lot of inspiration taken from my buddy Slap, who started this whole back-and-forth to begin with, to which I consider this Part 4. But this also gave me an excuse to see Cookie outside of his shell in this form, in which the Rainbow Scale turns itself into the shell, enabling his transformations into other forms...or disabling it if he's outside of it, so he better not lose it!
