THIS ONES FOR THE MANLY MAN... GRRRR!
So, I found these awesome blank canvas sketchbooks, and decided they would be great to paint on.... well... not so much, it was actually a pain to paint on, with acrylics anyway. And being into My Little Pony and just amazed at how popular the new show is, and how awesome the fandom is, I was inspired to do a Princess Luna one! Because, she is my fave character, that never shows up XD
Anywho, I tried to follow the color palette of the show as close as possible. Aaand if you can guess the scene the background was inspired from, cookies for you!
110 page blank sketchbook
Acrylic
Time taken: Ummm, probably around 8 or 9...
Hope you enjoy!

Haha thanks! If you want it, it's going to be part of a future raffle for a Brony podcast called Bronyville. http://www.bronyshow.com/ There's the link if you're interested ^_^
Oh yeah! Well, the one I got is by Artist's Loft. It's a new brand you can find at Michael's and it's the cheapest canvas one I've found. Canson also makes a version available at Dick Blick that's a bit more. I also have a Recycled paper book that is by Cachet. I've only found them at Utrecht's, but if you can find them, they are great for doodling on in marker and pen since it's a flat surface. Hope that helps! :D
