Um, I think Bebop and Rocksteady may have mistaken Shredder's orders when he said "Take care of Splinter". Though, to be honest, I don't think they really mind pampering Splinter rather than pummeling him. I can only imagine how they will treat the turtles if they treat Splinter this good. All I know is, Shredder is NOT going to be happy. Oh well, more rat dad pampering.
