TRANSCRIPT

Day 229 - May 21st, 2741

She is OK. Everyone is OK.

When the Well appeared over the horizon, I ran as fast as I could towards it. Hoping, praying that everything was alright. Terrified that X0-C3 found Lily.

My legs were burning when I reached the Well's borders, but I was able to find her. Lily was so happy to see me. Greeted me with that same innocent smile of hers. But as I came close, my legs finally gave way.

I fell, but Lily was there to catch me. Cradled in her arms, the weight of everything on my shoulders came crashing down once again and I broke down in tears. Lily was quick to comfort me, held me and assured me I was safe. We stayed like this for a long time. Long enough for me to run our of tears to shed.

Once I was stable enough, Lily helped me to my feet, but my legs were mush, barely able to keep myself upright. She managed to walk me off the street towards a small house. In the time I've been away, she found a home for herself, and inside, Jared was helping her with some repairs.

When he saw me, more importantly, the state of me, there was a clear 'oh shit' look on his face. Lily and Jared helped me unload my gear and out of my armor. I felt better, but still was very weak. Lily put me on her bed, gave me some water, and told me to rest a little. We could talk when I got my strength back.
