This eevee is supposed to be an older eevee, one that I would guess chose not to evolve.

I pained him in water colors, or tried to anyway, if anyone could give me your opinions/critique on it feel free.

I like it! :)

The body is fine overall, the leg might be (the thigh) a bit too big and the back of the head "too long" but those may simply be because of the fur, so! :D

I LIKE IT! It really shows a grown up one! We can see maturity! >:3
