At age 19 He used to be at the top of the game stealing a bunch of Pokemon from other trainers as well as an excellent battler, until he messed with the wrong Trainer, killing his personal winning streaks and got demoted to Janitor duties for such failure to stop that one Trainer who singlehandedly took down Team Rocket.He used to have a lot of ladies from the female grunts when he was at the top almost reaching one more level of promotion given by the big boss Giovanni, but after he got the hardest demotion after failing to Stop Red, taking away his strongest team (Team Rocket's Policy) and given the Janitor duties + one Pokémon (Cleo) to accompany with. Basically starting from scratch. He's been stationed at the Galar region in one of Team Rocket's secret hideouts.
