December 28, 2024 - Attempt at a design for Oren Lorenson, still getting around to what his design would look like. Still not entirely happy with the design so we're still probably gonna change it up. However, good news! today I managed to get a rough outline of a backstory to explain his existence as well as why the bootleg version of Oliver exists.

The origins of Oren Lorenson and Simon Revlo; In the dragonborn kingdom, the warlock Oliver Noms needed the role and statues of a noble within the ruling council. He used his rituals to trap one of the members soul's into a crystal knife and then used his patron's influence to place his soul into the council member's body. After hiding away the body of the wolf shifter he went to take the role of the aristocrat. However, where Oren hid his body away was filled with an ethereal resident. The wind-dragon Sterling Gale was bound to that secret place, and so the unoccupied body of Oliver was soon re-occupied and soon escaped into the world. Two years later, once the council business was done, had Oren returned to find the chamber empty and his body gone.
