Stick to the low ground and hug the 'Wall' as best you can. If you do get spotted, it's unlikely a single person will raise any alarm. Just get within city grounds before any ground troops apprehend you and lose the trail. One lone desperate scav won't be of any major concern. But if they do catch you, be warned they will know you are a Wielder.
