"Ummm... Maybe putting on a Squirtle's shell was a bad idea."

Back on May 1, my buddy Slap shared his latest entry in his Daily Squirtle series, which was just an empty Squirtle shell. Through the replies of the post and a little doodle I did later that day, I climbed into the shell thinking nothing was wrong, except as you can see there, it went very wrong...

Seems that I went in the wrong direction and couldn't get myself out, so through his depiction, I spun around in the shell until my head would come out the right hole... Though when I came out, I was less Yoshi and more Squirtle.

This was an incredible surprise by Slap and got me very inspired! I loved how he made me look, the colors are taken right from me but they're so bright and pleasing. Really, his style is wonderful and I'm so happy he did this up for me. Make sure you follow him on BlueSky for more Squirtle art!
