In this one Knuckles the Echidna is tired of telling Rouge the Bat to stop stealing the Master Emerald, so he decided to try an alternate method to drill it into her head... though seems she liked it more than anything else XD Seems we're learning a bit more about what Rouge was talking about in a prior comic too:

Those are the only 2 reasons why Knuckles has the right to be upset at Rouge for 2 reasons that she’ll never piss him off is stealing the Master Emerald,but she’ll encourage Eggman’s trust to help him dominate the world after Prison Island is destroyed.
But Knuckles doesn’t really mind Rouge being with Shadow & Omega cause she cares about them,& they’ll cooperate with GUN cause she likes working with GUN better than the Eggman Empire
