Commission for 
zrath of a Kzin from the Larry Niven Known Space books. I tried to follow the book description rather than just make him a generic furry tiger. I realize the background is a little pulp SF cliche-looking, but since the Kzin date quite far back in SF, I figured it was appropriate. Done with ink, watercolor and colored pencil.

Clever monkeys have clearly tricked him and left him with this nonfuctional gun!
Having read the Man-Kzin stuff, that does indeed seem like the sort of thing that would happen. The Kzin have tech, but don't really understand it by and large. So they get tricked a lot.
