Oh, we don't worry too much about clothing as most of us, the non humans, have toon level fur. Nothing to see here.
I've always found the gender specific variance in toon clothing rules silly so most of my characters consider clothing options, expressions and accessories. Oh, and the occasionally useful environmental buffer.

I like when characters with long stories grow and age. It bothers me, even in media I like, when they're always stuck in place. Relationships that don't progress (or get retconned away), children stuck at one age forever, growth lost the next episode. Those bother the crap out of me.
