Hi everyone! I am struggling right now a little bit with the RBD (Recurrent brief depression) phase. I am trying very hard to get through it, I am feeling very insecure about everything and art mostly lately.
Could you maybe share something good that happened to you lately or a fond memory? Or if you want you can say why you stick around with me here or why you like my art it might help me feel less pressured ;w;

Well, I stick around your art because it's pretty, your style is distinct, and very expressive. I've been sad that I haven't had the chance to grab more for myself, but I'm sure I'll be able to soon enough. I cherish that drawing of Telkie hugging a cactus, it's perfect! I actually use it as an improvised sticker for my chat groups <3
Everyday life has been quite busy with work, but as the tourism season just ended, we're winding down and getting ready to close for the weekend, which means I'll be bringing friends to visit. They've had a tough year so far, so I'm hoping they'll get to rest and decompress a bit here, chilling together d:

I like your art, because it is something else. It easily goes from silly to either deeply emotional or very intimate. Your style is very “yours” and I value this much when there’s so many people who want to draw like someone, rather than themselves :P
For the good things… well, my wife (Zeber) taught me how to sew patches for my battle vest. Never been doing that but it is quite simple. Makes me happy to think I’ll probably not have to ask her for help too often with this :P also, a friend of ours just told me he is going to the same concert next week so very happy about it!

I've been following you since your sona was a hyena and I stuck around bc I not only liked your art styles and character designs, but wanted to get to know you better.
I quite enjoyed your darker pieces but I'm happy that you seem to be in a better place mentally, even with your stresses and depression.
Edit: I've wanted to get art from you and financially support you and other artists I enjoy but unfortunately I cannot afford to do that, so I favourite instead.

My condition really did improve through the years, I just now need to learn to navigate my RBD in the right way.

I've followed your work for... oh man... 6? 7? years now, and I've always really enjoyed your work and honestly, these days it's really great to see how far your work has come. Your style is very distinct and you capture emotions that are difficult to put into words. It has a texture I can easily envision. Of the works that I have, yours are most often my favorite, and usually the pieces I'm showing off the most. I'm always excited to see updates from you, and (hoping this doesn't come off as odd ; ; ) sometimes wonder about you and how life has been and hope that despite hardships, life has been well.
Life has been a little rough for me lately, but, I think they're fixing my work schedule finally I think! I'm really really excited for artfight around the corner! Plus soon my long distance platonic partner is coming to see me soon - they're going to take me to a specific dinosaur museum I've been dying to go to for years, and we may go kayaking to go to a specific place so we can fossil hunt. Then the next week, my husband and I are going to go visit my family. I get to finally meet my sister's boyfriend, and my husband will finally meet my aunt (Who is like a big sister to me, and I'm basically her clone).

I stick around with you cause you are a good person, I love what you do, how you are as a person and your dark sense of humor that comes out through your art at times. If I was better at this social thing, I'd totally just want to chill and talk with you about anything.
Why I love your art so much is because it's a really nice triad of realism, surrealism and cartoon that I just can't get enough of. That being said, and though I haven't been around as long as some others, I've also seen that you've been improving in your lighting effects and poses which is really awesome, you may have even improved in some areas I've yet to properly notice too, but the fact you're still improving is really wonderful to see and I can only imagine how your future pieces will look as you continue to steadily improve~
Only recent fond memory I can share was meeting Australian celebrity; John "Vulcan" Seru for the second time in my life, I used to watch him on a TV show called "Gladiators" back in the 90s - first time I met him was when I was 7 at one of his earlier shows, but to be able to talk to the same man as an adult, that was a nice experience.
Of course, that same guy saw my shirt and asked what my brand was about, just for him to turn around and turn the idea of XWO into VWO and started a timeline for his wrestling show; VCW, a month or so later lmao.
I hope the comments here and future ones are just as kind to you as you are to us and help with taking off some of that pressure you're feeling ♥

Your art style is incredibly unique and cute. The hot art is really hot, and the cute art is really cute and you have a great sense of humour <3
As for something good that's happened lately.. me and my bf got a little plastic greenhouse for our chilli garden. Being in NZ, it's nearing the end of Autumn, so the temperature is starting to drop which isn't great for them, but thanks to this greenhouse we should get one last harvest out of them before it gets too cold. It's not the best greenhouse ever, but with how we've reinforced it, we're pretty sure that it should last for at least a couple years, and I'm really excited to see how it helps our chillis next summer ^^

It's so much work to keep track of everything and unlike animals plants don't "talk" so I could never understand how to make it work. BUT I will maybe try to get a plant when I move to Finland and maybe this time I will be able to take care of it ;w;

Plants can be easy ^^ Though it really depends on the plant and getting one for your growing zone. In my area, we can almost ignore our chillis and unless it rains, we only need to water em every week or so except during the hottest summer months, then we water em every few days.
You just gotta remember that they get hungry (for fertilizer), thirsty, and usually need some level of sunlight.

I like your style because its cute and expressive. I like the posing you do and all that, i find your character to be utterly charming and delightful
as for some good news we just recently celebrated my grandmother's 94th birthday a couple days ago, and she's still going fairly strong. we actually had about four generations of people under the roof to celebrate it
