Olivier is the local witch doctor, specializing in telling his customers all about their futures in love and fame. His tail and wings are invisible to all who aren't fae or gifted with sixth sensitivity (but he keeps the horns out because it's good for business).

He's a shameless thief and cares about no one but himself. He'd throw his own mother under the bus to save himself trouble.
