ReV is a tiny bit annoyed, and so he may involuntarily spark, a very clear warning to back off; stop whatever you are doing, before you get shocked. And thats him controlling his temper.
After he calms down, maybe he'll let you rub his neck fur. He really is more friendly then he looks.
