Mug - Male Linoone: not much has changed with him. He probably won’t be on the team for too much longer since there’s better pokemon I’ll be getting

Coke Zero - Female Mightyena: Still useful for some upcoming fights thanks to intimidate. Which will help for Norman

Gatorade - Male Vigoroth: Soon enough he’ll be a Slaking, and while I could just not evolve him. I’m doing it anyways because why not, and the extra challenge will be fun

Redbull - Male Crobat: Skipping straight to crobat since frienship evolutions just work out that way sometimes. Always a good pokemon for a Nulock

Monster - Female Gyarados: Perfect for the fire gym, even if she doesn’t have a water type move yet. But she does have a ground one

Liquid Death - Female Swalot: She’s evolved too, not much has changed. But she does have encore. An incredible tool for a nuzlock. Even if her speed makes it more risky to use.
