Baire is a wandering spirit, who is enthusiastic to learn about humans and the different ways of living a life. At the day and age of where she lives no one really knows where she comes from nor does anyone really register her as a spirit, unless she gets caught using her phasing and invisibility powers. Blaire doesn't remember anything either, she doesn't even know if Blaire is even her actual name. One day she woke up from a deep slumber and the single thought she had was that name.

In reality, Blaire used to a tyrant of a ruler, who used and abused her ice powers to bring anyone down who dared questioning her, forcing her own people to struggle through freezing cold weathers and ruthless famines. After many tough battles she was slain by honorable heroes, which was almost a thousand years ago at this point. Despite all of that, she maintained a body in a spiritual form, which rested in her dying place all those years. With this body she can still interact normally with the world and with any being. There is no one around whoa actively remembers Blaire. Tales about the ice cold tyrant still spreads across the land. Blaire can only feel disgust towards that tyrant, unaware that it was her in a different time.

Maybe this adventure of Blaire is a way of atoning for her sins, trying to make the world a better place by trying to learn from it. She is unaware of her powerful ice powers, which sometimes come out in dire scenarios. Blaire also doesn't really know that she is a spirit, not seeing anything weird about her phasing through walls and hiding in plain sight with her invisibility powers. During that time, people can sense a freezing breeze for a short moment.
