I'm going to cheat this MerMay a little with a non-merfolk but still very aquatic creature... my very own interpretation of a Kelpie/Nokken!
Although long-time watchers may remember I already had a Nokken design among my characters, I ultimately felt less and less attached to that OC and decided to put that one up for grabs as an adopt (link), and remake the whole concept from scratch.

While still combining anthro horse traits with aquatic traits, this one is much more fierce looking and complete with carnivorous teeth, making your typical river/lake/swamp monster proud! Waiting just below the water surface to ambush careless adventurers and drag them down with him...
