This is the original piece of Ginger concept art done by the wonderful  carnival-tricks back in 2018.

For some trivia, originally Ginger wasn't supposed to be her own character. She was actually a spin off side character I made for a roleplay but she became a reoccurring character that eventually eclipsed and surpassed the original characters I was roleplaying. So I had Ginger her only official art she'd have for a number of years up until 2025 where I got a follow up piece from Carnival-tricks updating her a bit.


As for character backstory I'll keep it brief. She's a widow, forty-five years old, chain smokes, works as a psychologist by trade and has her doctorate, and depending on the RP she can have a varying number of kids though she typically has 3 or 4 depending on the continuity. She tends to run a boarding house filled with both guests and clients in her very subdued suburban neighborhood.
