This is a, concept of a story with my characters Ackley and his mate Aria. The story goes that Ackley gets taken by poachers in the hope lands, and taken overseas to a zoo all while Aria is pregnant with their cub. A pride divided by an ocean: by RangerWolf03


Ackley was walking around the Hope lands when he felt a prick on his hind leg, he looked back at his hip and saw a metal cylinder with a furry ball at the end. His eyes started to get very heavy. He started thinking to him self.

Ackley: Why do I feel so tired.

Ackley started to walk a little, he felt his hind legs start to get weak, and before he knew it he was on the ground going in and out of conciseness.

The Humans that were hiding in the bush near Ackley went over to the sleeping lion and poked him on Ackley’s muzzle and he did not wake up.

The humans said,

Human 1: I think he is completely out.

Human 2: Lets get him ready for transport, to the docks for his transport.

Both humans put a muzzle on the sleeping Ackley, and put him on a stretcher, then carried him to there truck, then sped off toward the docks.

Once at the docks, the humans loaded Ackley in a crate and strapped him down, to the floor for his long journey across the ocean.

While this was going on Ackley’s mate, Aria who was pregnant, was out walking around on the lookout for any prey that she could easily catch and bring back for her and her mate, and off there was any left over give it to her prides ruler Alder.

She could not find anything, but then she got the sent of Ackley. She went to investigate and saw the tire marks in the dirt. She knew that the humans had gotten close to the Hope lands, but she hoped they would not come too far inside the lands.

She got to the spot where Ackley was darted and she just started bawling, and crying for her mate to come back to her, and his unborn cub.
