First submission in ages! And it's my first Eevee too! :D That freaking rocks, considering I drew her quite well from my memory.

This is Kira, a character from a dude's fanfiction back on DA. Basically, she's the sister of the hero who went out to find her brother against her parents wishes. She found the world he was living in...but she lost her humanity in the process, becoming an Eevee. I can't help but say I simply adore her...a lot! :D Such devotion to her brother...I wish I had a sibling like that. TT.TT
