Its our passion and sometimes JOB so we cant wear carpets and curtis from living room :P for each show we earn something like 200-300 dollars so we can afford good gear for better look

better look = more invitations and show offers = MORE F****G MONEY :P

I earn enough to have great live and I do what i love :) PERFECT JOB

wearing something authentical is a great feeling :3 Of course we could make our costumes cheaper but imagine that you are organisator of historical shows...you can afford for only 1 historical team every of them wants the same money...which one you would chose ? guys dressed in carpets with fireworks and plastic gun replicas? or guys who train real historical combat, who has real cannons and gunpowder, who has real sabres and are dressed in great clothes ?

if you will rent carpet-guys...some tourists will come... but if you will spent THE SAME MONEY on real-history lovers - A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL COME/.... a lot of guys who wants to look at shows, who needs to drink beer which avaiable nerby..a lot of children who wants to buy shitty toys and eat more shitty hot-dogs etc...
