Spring 6, Year 3

One of the requests on the town's Help Wanted board was for an eel. It took going to the museum/library to learn they only come out to feed during the afternoon rain. Since it was just after 2pm, Beep decided to start fishing and hope for the best. While he was there, waiting for a nibble, Sebastian came down the dock for his usual 'stare at the sea in the rain' brooding. Sebastian watched Beep fish for a while, holding the pole in his forelegs. When Beep caught a herring, the fishing rod was set down and Beep hunched over it. A few moments later, the fish flopped off the dock with a splash back into the water. It was unclear how Beep go the hook out of the fish's mouth, but Sebastian was certain he saw some kind of blue glow when the deer was unhooking an anchovy a few minutes later.

If Beep had been smart, he would've brought his saddlebag to sell the wrong fish. Unfortunately, he was more worried about the rain damaging the leather. He didn't know if the bag had been treated to be water proof, since normally getting wet lead to the leather becoming stiff and brittle. Something he didn't want in a bag. Maybe he could find or make a different bag, one that could be carried in the rain without worrying about it?

Oh, Sebastian had been talking during Beep's whole inner dialogue. Beep hadn't even noticed until Sebastian opened his umbrella over Beep for a brief respite from the rain, while Sebastian lit a cigarette. It stank something fierce, and made Beep increasingly nauseous, which Sebastian didn't seem to notice. Thankfully, once he was done smoking, Sebastian bid his farewell and walked off. It took several more minutes until Beep no longer had to worry about chumming the water with his lunch.

Oh hey an eel!

At least nobody was around to see Beep slip on the dock and land on his ass. (That was more pressing than someone hearing him speak, apparently.)

Sorry the art and writing are kinda ass for this one. There's several things going on in my life that have me so stressed I've become nonverbal outside of my apartment (safe space) and borderline agoraphobic.

Gramps never had an heir, or they never show/ed up.
Stardew Valley Expanded; new maps, new NPCs, new events, a LOT of new stuff.
The new “Farmer” is just a Weird Ass Deer. NPCs will respond/react accordingly.

This is my first time playing Stardew Valley Expanded. Please no spoilers if you play SVE.
