So, after 2 days of waking around in full face, paint, makeup, and tail, by the time sunday rolls around, I'm ready to be human again.
Or am I?
Since I was still painted up (the body paint that I use stains the skin for several days) I decided to leave in the fangs and the contacts to go for more of a humanistic were-lion look. It looks a little bit too twilight if you ask me, but needless to say, I still had a lot of fun
I thought some of these pictures turned out pretty neat, and it's been awhile since I've uploaded a picture of the 'real' me, so I figured I'd upload these.

That third picture is so awesome. Its interesting, how natural it seems on you. Even as a “human”. the contact color and the fangs just fit you. I think its partially your skin color. And your overall facial structure. Its so strongly masculine yet subtly beastly.

LOL, well thanks! As I've said before, it's something I tend to get from time to time, even from non-furries (one of my co-workers randomly commented on how cat-like I am recently, even), but still, it's an honor and a flatterment every time I hear it! I'm just happy that my lion-ness carries through from time to time, even if only fleetingly!

I really do feel rather feline, I never had any doubt that my sona should be a tiger. If there are such things as spirit animals or past lives, I’m sure there was a feline with me. But I’m a big girl. So that inner feline isn’t channeled at all. I’m not cat-like in any way.
I think males have it easier though :P

Yeah, I creeped a few people out, which was entirely too much fun. Even out of costume, I was still getting a lot of looks at night... I would walk up to people and quietly stare at them, waiting until they saw my eyes, then I would flash them an evil, toothy grin like in the second picture.... Needless to say, it scared a lot of people, which I fucking loved!
Heh, worth consideration, but part of the appeal, (infact, the -main- appeal!) is not wearing that prosthetic! It's hard to do anything in that, like eating and drinking, and it requires a lot of constant attention and upkeep, so it's nice to get out of it and have fun on sunday.
