Lickilicky and Revavroom both approached each other and realized something between the both of them. They both could learn lick. The two then used their Lick moves on each other. The two Pokémon licked each other for so long that they didn't realize that their tongues got tied up later on. They realize this and start pulling on the knot, only making it tighter. The might be stuck like this for a while.
