Hehe, in all honesty Rokko is kinda a meanie. He likes to pick fights, steal, and be a crook. He deserves a good Warner treatment every now and then, but Ginger(his wife) usually tells the kids that it's her responsiblity to punish Rokko when he's being too mean.

Rokko is a good guy, he never hurts his family and buys them nice things and takes them out to eat when he's got the money. He loves them enough not to pick on them like he picks on complete strangers. When his family is in trouble, they can count on Rokko to be there to save them.
