Sometimes when I have doubts about what song to arrange next, it helps to open the hymnbook and just do a good old-fashioned hymn, and remember, hymns are God's sacred promises set to the best thing He ever invented: music. This is one of my favorites, "Holy, Holy, Holy," and it was one of the first ones I learned.
The instrument lineup is the same for most (if not all) of my hymnal arrangements:
Sax section (alto, tenor, baritone)
Glockenspiel
Vibraphone
Marimba (grand staff)
Piano (basic accompaniment)
