I'm not going to pretend I always know what I am doing, but I knew I needed to make the Recryst version of Asaan be a fair bit different from both the Proto and Neo versions of themself. While Asaan is the dominant mind in their neural scan and part of why they share some features with the other two, they also diverge so sharply due to the fact that their scan also contains the minds of Kiran, Aethary, Lysara, and Elys, each of them being a subtle influence on how their physical form manifested from the crystalline material they were forged from.

Hopefully this is clearly conveyed in the art they have currently! While I was only able to manage a couple head shots--the incomplete one being my testing bed--I have to say I am quite happy with how they've come about and have features of everyone mentioned. Granted I still need to get a full body done, not to mention figure out their colors and if they should be a mixture of the five or something wholly new, but as it is... I finally have the POV main character who we are introduced to first in the book series completed. It's been such a long journey with numerous highs (and possibly many more lows), but I'm glad it's at its end. Any designs I commission from here-on out will just be to populate the story rather than me trying to wrangle blood from a stone.

I'm not sure if they ever will have a last name, given Synthetic Insights intentions...
