Introducing to all that wish to see, meet Aharon El-Sherif. A Barbary Lion from Giza, Egypt. As may be obvious, Aharon is a young and enthusiastic archaeologist/Egyptologist. But is other love? Basketball! Aharon is one of my entries for the 2025 FBA Draft and a Top 24 prospect. Why basketball? When he hit puberty, his testosterone spiked in such a way that he needed a physical outlet for that energy, so his father suggested sports. Aharon chose basketball because it was as much a game of skill as it was of intellect, and he made a name for himself as the top playmaker in his university league, and it's this that brought him under the eyes of the FBA scouts. He chose to put his education on hold to move to America and pursue his secondary passion for a while; after all, education could wait.
