Wow! This was drawn before my laptop bit the dust last year. Had forgotten about it! Just happened to be looking for something else when I saw her again.
She's from Hello Kitty Super Style, a show that I want to say came out within the last 5 years, though I don't know its plot and have a feeling I'm using that term a bit liberally. Ha!
A cute design, perhaps I'll learn more about her in the future. Perhaps not!
