Noon, the Signalwatch Keeper
Signalwatch is a Protectorate-based "Lighthouse System" between solar systems in the galaxy, as well as recon outposts. they use MASSIVE satellites to scan for signals, messages, and distress calls. While it's an important job, it's also typically a lonely one, as there are rarely other inhabitants to the planets these outposts are situated on. In the instances there are multiple Protectors attached to one outpost, Cabin Fever and Interpersonal Relations have been recorded in multiple cases.
