So here we are. Fully inked with all the background/foreground whatever nonsense. I'm going to start coloring now as soon as i figure out what to do with it.

Don't rush in the coloring, get references for what you want to do.
I bet this will be your best art in your gallery once you're done.
Now that you have the basic elements, think of the background garnish,
to make the location credible, and the textures and colors you're going to pick.

hey thanks! these are really good pics! the first wall one is like perfect, i actually think i am going to go back and fix up the wall. I was originally going to go with mortar, thus the thick spacing between the rocks but it seems more ahtentic in the first one. I wanna go back and remove that tree too, and push it further back and just paint it on. Baren trees require so much attention to detail.
