Plus: 99% memes have some sort of origin. Half (or bit over it) doesn't necessarely make any sense, because they don't necessarely require it (example: Nyan-cat)

Might have to do something with the original video entitled "Serbian Power". I'm no linguist, but if it is some sort of patriotic song based upon how "things gets fucked up", then that's some sort of "uninspiring controversial request to the Serbian politics" to remove something.
Though this is just my wildest of guesses, for I have no idea myself either. I just happen to like the small loop despite it's weirdness.

I made a typo: original video with the original song (not the one in the loop) was entitled as "SERBIA STRONG!"
Still, if someone comes here to show his/her intelligence upon the background stuff about the song/vide and many other things, then go for it - In always welcome some needed "culturic fill-up's" to keep me on track on things.
