For whatever it's worth coming from a stranger on the internet who resonates with this piece; it will take years, starting from the point of cutting all contact, but you will eventually find peace, once she's out of your life for good.

And she'll never be punished directly, but abusers need someone to abuse, and once you're away, she'll find other people to lash out at, and one day you may at least get the satisfaction of hearing from old family friends or siblings about how they finally saw what an abusive monster she was, and how she's finally alone and miserable after isolating the last of her supporters.

And hopefully by that point, your response will be something like "Hah, neat," because you've gotten past the point of giving a shit.

Even if you never get peace, I hope you at least enjoy your freedom.
