Here is Aethos, one of the deific pretenders who ruled over Rym for thousands of years. He was the least among his pantheon of false demigods, representing Education , and was constantly overshadowed by more powerful or passionate spheres (Love, War, Murder, etc) and their respective struggles for dominance in the mortal world. He was just the nerd of their divine cadre, the know-it-all they couldn’t stand, and the only one without a face. Even the hideous ones didn’t like him, for while he knew everything, he didn’t know how to present himself or his vast knowledge. He was all intelligence and wisdom, and no charisma at all. He wasn’t even invited to their parties, a rare case of exceptionally-unpopular divinity.

And he would have his revenge.
