‘Mastery of the Power of Tawa comes not from anger. It comes from attaining inner peace.”
This is some art inspired by something very good that happened Saturday when I was in the meditation portion of my breathing exercises my therapist recommended me to last year. I spend a good long time in meditation. I got so deep into that state that for the first time in my life my mind was actually still. There were no random thoughts and clutter from the ADHD not anxiety and worries from my Generalized Anxiety disorder. My mind was in absolute silence. It literally felt like my soul was still. If you have not been in this state before you have no idea how good it feels. It’s not the “YIPPEEEE! I won the lottery!’ Kind of happy where you return to your emotional baseline after that euphoria. This was more of being content, and ease, in an absolute state of peace. This just encourages me to meditate even more.

Hey Tamias, I stumbled onto your gallery via
TonyaSong , I really like this piece, meditation really helped me tame my chaotic thoughts when I regularly practiced it before. I kind of drifted away, I should get back into it, thanks for sharing this.
