1. Private use only! The Character is not to be used for commercial purposes.

2. The Artist retains all rights to the artwork. Image rights can be negotiated for an additional cost.

3. The Artist retains the right to display the artwork on personal galleries, websites, and social media and to include it in art books.

4. The Client may not profit from the artwork; this includes selling prints and merchandise. The Character may be re-sold or traded if the Client contacts the Artist beforehand and obtains permission.

5. The Artist has the right to cancel the auction for any reason at any time.
