In a desperate last ditch effort to save Monte from further suffering, Sara unplugs him from the various medical equipment thats forcibly keeping him alive for seemingly no reason and brings him up to the hospital's roof.


She barricades the stairwell & elevator entrances as best as she can, hoping she can buy enough time to allow her brother to die, before anybody can discover them. They watch what should be their last sunset and talk about whatever they can in the little time they have left together.


Well aware that this could lead to her getting charged with murder as well as her family hating her, along with the sheer emotional toll of what she feels she has to do, she just hopes her gambit pays off. She can live with the pain, just so he doesn't have to be in pain.
