As a dragonborn of the ice element, Nightwind is resistant to cold - but not at all to sweltering summer temperatures. His usual tight leather getup is hardly suitable for that season, so he's recently treated himself to this new, lighter, more open ensemble to make him a bit less uncomfortable in the warmer months!
