Doodling a mindflayer, like the vaugely protoss head-crest and skull, not a fan of the mouth tentacles or anything else really. Tried using the papertool in sai to add texture, but didn't really enjoy the result. You can kinda see my workflow here, where I have the pallette for the shadow and highlights, brush stroke samples and lineweights up there in the left.
