xD similar, but not quite.
I beileve the two Dog demons on Kekkaishi are based off of Inugami, Dog Demons that serve families and such.
Pipefoxes are quite different :U The inspiration I drew my pipefoxes from are from a manga called XXXHolic, which is quite excellent, mind you. x)
