Work in progress shot of a Rabbit.
One of the oddest things about working for yourself is the hours you start to keep. Working 6 weeks straight without a real day off leading up to AC, then jumping right back into work the second I unpacked. I think a few years ago if you told me that I was doing that, I doubt I would believe you.
So, I had to have some time off. I figured one day out of the shop would be just fine. Just catch up on some emails, and maybe sleep in too late, and watch a movie or two.
The thing is, once you get used to working everyday, you can't stop. So, I figured I might as well do something for myself.
I made a bunny for me.
Here he is, Skeeter Rabbit.
That was a fun day off, but I am looking forward to getting back to work tomorrow. :p

I don't mind. But it dose go both ways. It was a toony bunny, So I chalk it up to preference. I mean if we really wanted to get picky, why are animals walking and talking? Of course I do appreciate input. For this individual project it was very intentional.
If you look in my gallery look up the squirrel, I have done the more realistic style of this nose in the past, so I am aware of the difference.
