I'd airbrush it, but my airbrush needs a needle, and you prolly live like a gazillion miles away.

I am not sure how well painting it would hold up, I think i can only find paint for cloth, nothing good for latex, it might flake off

I think as long as the paint is oil based it should work...but I will have to check my book to double check.
