FUCK does this hit hard for me. I always hated going to church and Sunday school. Heck even got kicked out of Sunday school for questioning creationism only for the pastor to say he agreed with the fact that evolution was a fact. Yet all the while despite being diagnosed with ADHD and Autism my parents refused to medicate me despite complaining about the fact I never quite conformed. Heck my pastor even blessed my gay marriage after the fact when he learned I married someone of the same gender even if my mother took years to accept it... Wow this comic brought out lot of exceedingly conflicting feelings it me X3 Thank you for this comic! Also glad to know I'm not the only one that chewed on chairs!
