Here is my take on Quetzal from Dragon Tales. Quetzal is a wise elderly yellow female dragon who came from México and has been residing in Dragon Land for many centuries. She also has an identical twin brother named Fernando, who is rarely seen in Dragon Land. She speaks with a Mexican accent. Quetzal possesses powerful magical abilities, and she's the grandmother of Ord. Quetzal's birthday lands on September 27th.
