Boaster's fascination with the East includes the love of simpler foods like this cabbage pancake.
The recipe is:
One cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup white flour diluted with water to batter consistency
Two eggs folded in
Hondashi and white pepper

You can change the seasoning to however you like

Mix up the ingredients and cook in a medium hot skillet until the bottom is brown.

Add toppings to the wet top and flip.

It is easier to put a plate over the top and then turn the pancake over

I use Japanese mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce for the topping.
Okonomiyaki means as you like it grilled so feel free to modify
